Keto Sausage Gracy & Biscuits Recipes



This Keto Sausage Gravy and low Carb Biscuits recipe is a super easy Keto breakfast recipe that the whole family will love even the ones not following a Keto diet menu.

INGREDIENTS:

Low Carb Biscuits

  • 1.5 CupsBob’s Red Mill Super Fine Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Kerry Gold Grass-Fed Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Keto Sausage Gravy

  • 1lb Breakfast sausage (preferably sage)
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Heavy Cream
  • 2 oz Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Garnish with fresh sage (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder
  3. Add in eggs, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheddar, and mix until fully combined
  4. In a greased muffin tin portion out about 1/4 cup of mixture into each section (should make 9)
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Meanwhile, over medium-high heat brown the sausage and drain any excess grease from pan
  7. Add cream cheese and heavy cream into the pan with the sausage and stir until fully combined
  8. Add chicken broth, pepper, and sage and stir together
  9. Serve sausage gravy over biscuits

NOTES:

  • I recommend having this recipe here and there to enjoy some good ol' sausage gravy and biscuits, while still sticking to your low carb, Keto diet, however, due to the overload of dairy and the amount of fat and protein per serving I wouldn't recommend eating this for breakfast every morning.
