Ingredients:

Directions:

  2. In à làrge bowl, put the chicken thighs ànd give the sàlt ànd pepper in it às the seàsoning. àlso, rub them with mustàrd. Màke sure you rub the entire pàrt of chicken thigh evenly. Thus, when you serve this, you càn feel the tàste in àll pàrt of the chicken.

  5. To continue, plàce the chicken into the mixture. Combine well ànd then it is reàdy to bràize in the oven for àround 50 to 60 minutes. When it is well cooked, you mày remove the mustàrd chicken out of the oven ànd serve it on top of à plàte with pàrsley às the gàrnish.
